La protesta se levant\u00f3 luego de que la secretar\u00eda de Trabajo de la Naci\u00f3n dictara el llamado a Conciliaci\u00f3n Obligatoria, convocando as\u00ed a empresas y sindicatos a negociar sin medidas de fuerza de por medio.<\/p>\n<p>La Fraternidad, el gremio que representa a los trabajadores ferroviarios, decidi\u00f3 aceptar la disposici\u00f3n oficial y posterg\u00f3 -sin fecha- la realizaci\u00f3n del paro. El conflicto en marcha surge a ra\u00edz del reclamo por mejoras en los salarios.<\/p>\n<p>El paro hab\u00eda sido anunciado hace una semana y ratificado por los dirigentes gremiales en las \u00faltimas horas. Frente a este escenario, el Gobierno nacional avanz\u00f3 en el llamado a Conciliaci\u00f3n Obligatoria, una potestad que la ley le ofrece para dirimir los conflictos entre trabajadores y patronales.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEl Ministerio de Capital Humano, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo y Empleo y Seguridad Social, dict\u00f3 la conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria ante el anuncio del paro de trenes, a partir de los pedidos interpuestos por las empresas Ferrov\u00edas y Metrov\u00edas, seg\u00fan lo establecido en la normativa vigente\u201d<\/em>, inform\u00f3 el Poder Ejecutivo minutos antes de las 21 horas de este martes.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, desde la cartera laboral a cargo de Julio Cordero, explicaron el contexto en el que se da la intervenci\u00f3n. <em>\u201cEl conflicto se inici\u00f3 luego de que el sindicato La Fraternidad confirmara un paro total por 24 horas a partir de las 0 horas de este mi\u00e9rcoles, el cual no se har\u00e1 efectivo a partir de las medidas dictadas por la Secretaria de Trabajo en el \u00e1mbito de su competencia\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, el Gobierno ejercer\u00e1 el rol de \u00e1rbitro para acercar a las partes y lograr la resoluci\u00f3n del conflicto salarial sin que los usuarios de este medio de transporte se vean afectados.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la ley, el llamado a conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria abre un espacio de negociaci\u00f3n de 15 d\u00edas, prorrogables por 10 d\u00edas m\u00e1s, para que empresas y dirigentes gremiales negocien y puedan arribar a un acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>Si esto no prospera, las partes quedan liberadas.<\/p>\n<p>El sindicato de La Fraternidad sostiene que el gobierno recompuso en cifras \u00ednfimas, en torno al 1%, los sueldos de los trabajadores.
