Las autoridades est\u00e1n investigando el caso para esclarecer lo ocurrido.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p>El episodio tuvo lugar el s\u00e1bado por la noche en el barrio Santa Ana. Renzo Adri\u00e1n Molina muri\u00f3 tras recibir un golpe en la cabeza, propinado con un palo por un hombre identificado como J.F.C., quien intentaba proteger a su esposa e hija de lo que interpret\u00f3 como una agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la reconstrucci\u00f3n inicial de los hechos, Molina lleg\u00f3 hasta el domicilio ubicado en la calle Copiap\u00f3 al 2300 y comenz\u00f3 a golpear las rejas de la vivienda de manera violenta. En ese momento, la esposa de J.F.C. lleg\u00f3 en su veh\u00edculo junto a su hija menor. Seg\u00fan testimonios, Molina se abalanz\u00f3 contra el auto y comenz\u00f3 a golpear las ventanas, lo que provoc\u00f3 gritos de auxilio por parte de las ocupantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, J.F.C. sali\u00f3 de la casa para enfrentar a Molina. Ambos se trenzaron en un forcejeo que termin\u00f3 con el acusado golpeando a Molina en varias partes del cuerpo y la cabeza con un palo. Molina fue trasladado de urgencia a un hospital debido a las graves lesiones, pero falleci\u00f3 poco despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal Andrea Lazo, a cargo de la Unidad Fiscal de Homicidios y Violencia Institucional, caratul\u00f3 el caso como homicidio simple con exceso en la leg\u00edtima defensa de un tercero, citando los art\u00edculos 79, 35 y 34 (inciso 7) del C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado oficial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal explic\u00f3 que, si el acusado no posee antecedentes penales, podr\u00eda recuperar su libertad bajo fianza mientras avanza la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el momento, las autoridades buscan esclarecer si Molina ten\u00eda intenciones de cometer un delito o si se trat\u00f3 de otro tipo de incidente.
