La medida afectar\u00e1 todos los vuelos de Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas y se har\u00e1 sentir en los aeropuertos de Aeroparque y Ezeiza.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan informaron desde el gremio, el reclamo se debe a <em>\u201cincumplimientos salariales, vulneraciones del convenio colectivo y fallas t\u00e9cnicas sostenidas en las aeronaves\u201d<\/em>. En un comunicado interno, APLA advirti\u00f3 sobre <em>\u201cla modificaci\u00f3n unilateral de procesos y programaciones\u201d<\/em> por parte de la empresa, sumado a la <em>\u201cfalta de inversi\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, lo que \u2013aseguran\u2013 pone en riesgo la seguridad operativa y la estabilidad laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEstamos atravesando un contexto extremadamente cr\u00edtico en la industria aerocomercial, en el cual las decisiones tomadas con liviandad no contemplan el impacto negativo de sus consecuencias\u201d<\/em>, expresaron.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211-576x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211-576x1024.png 576w, https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211-169x300.png 169w, https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211-768x1366.png 768w, https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211-864x1536.png 864w, https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/aerolin211.png 992w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Voceros gremiales se\u00f1alaron que no se logr\u00f3 avanzar con una nueva pauta salarial y que los ajustes realizados hasta ahora estuvieron por debajo de la inflaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n reclaman un plan de desarrollo profesional y una estrategia de crecimiento clara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El paro se da en un clima de fuerte tensi\u00f3n entre los gremios del sector y el Gobierno nacional, que en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas anunci\u00f3 cambios en los tiempos m\u00e1ximos de vuelo, per\u00edodos de descanso y d\u00edas de vacaciones del personal aeron\u00e1utico. El Ejecutivo tambi\u00e9n trabaja en un decreto para facilitar la operaci\u00f3n de compa\u00f1\u00edas con tripulaci\u00f3n extranjera, cambios en la matriculaci\u00f3n de aeronaves y menos restricciones para los directores de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, ATEPSA \u2013el gremio que agrupa a los controladores a\u00e9reos\u2013 tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 medidas de fuerza por el <em>\u201ccero por ciento de aumento\u201d<\/em> ofrecido por la Empresa Argentina de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea (EANA). Reclaman una actualizaci\u00f3n salarial postergada hace m\u00e1s de ocho meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno, por su parte, public\u00f3 la semana pasada el decreto 340, que reglamenta el derecho a huelga en servicios esenciales, como el transporte. En el caso del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo, se establece que deber\u00e1 garantizarse un 75% de la actividad normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde APLA adelantaron que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas se dar\u00e1 a conocer un instructivo detallado sobre c\u00f3mo se desarrollar\u00e1 el paro.
