{"id":1591,"date":"2023-12-05T17:46:28","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T20:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=1591"},"modified":"2023-12-05T17:46:39","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T20:46:39","slug":"se-implementaran-nuevos-beneficios-tributarios-a-partir-del-proximo-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=1591","title":{"rendered":"Se implementar\u00e1n nuevos beneficios tributarios a partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><em>A partir de enero de 2024, la Municipalidad de Escobar implementar\u00e1 nuevas medidas para contribuyentes, aprobadas por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante, que incluyen un beneficio a comerciantes por publicidad y propaganda, un r\u00e9gimen simplificado para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes, y la exenci\u00f3n de patente de rodados para m\u00e1s de 20.000 veh\u00edculos del parque automotor escobarense.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La exenci\u00f3n para comerciantes por publicidad y propaganda se aplica a quienes cuentan con letreros en vidriera o pintadas en pared de hasta dos metros cuadrados. En tanto, la creaci\u00f3n de un R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para peque\u00f1os contribuyentes abarca a monotributistas sociales y a los de Categor\u00eda A, que tengan hasta un empleado y se encuentren en las zonas comerciales 2 y 3 (es decir en la zona subc\u00e9ntrica y perif\u00e9rica).
