Seg\u00fan sostuvo, antes de que se radicara la denuncia, Y\u00e1\u00f1ez le habr\u00eda solicitado bienes materiales, entre ellos \u201cun departamento\u201d y recursos econ\u00f3micos que no pose\u00eda, como condici\u00f3n para no llevar el caso a la Justicia.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En declaraciones realizadas durante una entrevista con la fil\u00f3sofa y escritora <strong>Roxana Kreimer<\/strong>, el exmandatario asegur\u00f3 que la presentaci\u00f3n judicial fue <em>\u201cinducida\u201d<\/em> y sugiri\u00f3 que alguien se aprovech\u00f3 de los problemas de salud de Y\u00e1\u00f1ez para impulsarla a denunciarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez tambi\u00e9n remarc\u00f3 que en el expediente figuran testimonios de amigas de la ex primera dama que atribuir\u00edan sus lesiones a <strong><em>\u201cca\u00eddas vinculadas al consumo de alcohol\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, as\u00ed como dichos de allegadas que habr\u00edan mencionado que Y\u00e1\u00f1ez se sacaba fotos con sus heridas <em>\u201cpara usarlas m\u00e1s adelante en su contra\u201d<\/em>. Sin embargo, critic\u00f3 que el juez federal <strong>Juli\u00e1n Ercolini<\/strong> <em>\u201cno tom\u00f3 en cuenta\u201d<\/em> esos elementos al procesarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exjefe de Estado est\u00e1 procesado por <strong>lesiones leves y graves agravadas por violencia de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> y por <strong>amenazas coactivas<\/strong>, resoluci\u00f3n que ya fue confirmada por la C\u00e1mara Federal.
