Desde este viernes, quienes compren d\u00f3lar oficial quedar\u00e1n inhabilitados durante 90 d\u00edas para operar en los mercados financieros (d\u00f3lar MEP y contado con liquidaci\u00f3n). La restricci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se aplica en sentido inverso: quienes compren en el MEP o el CCL no podr\u00e1n acceder al mercado oficial por el mismo per\u00edodo.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>La norma, conocida en la City como <strong><em>\u201crestricci\u00f3n cruzada\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, busca frenar los llamados <em>\u201crulos\u201d<\/em>: operaciones de arbitraje que aprovechan diferencias de precios entre los distintos mercados para obtener ganancias r\u00e1pidas. En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, esa brecha hab\u00eda vuelto a aparecer y gener\u00f3 una escalada en las cotizaciones financieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4373945fe42f3f9c657508d016086018\" style=\"color:#1f37c0\">Una medida con historia\u2026 y con pol\u00e9mica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue oficializada en la <strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n \u201cA\u201d 8336<\/strong>, firmada por el directorio del BCRA. No es una novedad: esta limitaci\u00f3n ya estuvo vigente en etapas previas de controles cambiarios. Sin embargo, lo que resuena ahora es la contradicci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica: el presidente <strong>Javier Milei<\/strong>, quien durante a\u00f1os critic\u00f3 duramente el cepo, vuelve a utilizar herramientas similares en su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En declaraciones p\u00fablicas, Milei hab\u00eda calificado al cepo como un <em>\u201cc\u00e1ncer\u201d<\/em> para la econom\u00eda. Ahora, bajo su gobierno, se reeditan medidas que restringen la libertad de los ahorristas y operadores financieros, algo que genera tensiones dentro del propio oficialismo y cr\u00edticas de analistas que ven una se\u00f1al de retroceso en la pol\u00edtica cambiaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b9028ad1a0ae4445710543c465e9563d\" style=\"color:#1f37c0\">Argumentos oficiales y reacci\u00f3n del mercado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Banco Central explicaron que la medida <strong><em>\u201cno impide comprar d\u00f3lares para ahorro\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, pero s\u00ed limita que esas divisas se utilicen para abastecer el mercado financiero. Seg\u00fan el director del BCRA, <strong>Federico Furiase<\/strong>, el objetivo es <em>\u201cevitar distorsiones en el mercado de cambios\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, la restricci\u00f3n obliga a bancos y fintech a incorporar declaraciones juradas en sus plataformas, donde el cliente debe comprometerse a no realizar operaciones cruzadas durante tres meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reacci\u00f3n no tard\u00f3: tras el anuncio, los d\u00f3lares financieros subieron y la brecha con el oficial se ampli\u00f3. Los analistas advierten que estas medidas, aunque buscan contener maniobras especulativas, generan desconfianza en el mercado y pueden profundizar la volatilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e64d18dd2ee40cc6ac474d62eb04ddf4\" style=\"color:#1f37c0\"><em>Un d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu para la econom\u00eda argentina<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La vuelta de estas regulaciones pone en evidencia el dilema que enfrenta el Gobierno: mientras promete liberar el mercado cambiario a futuro, en el corto plazo recurre a los mismos instrumentos que antes cuestionaba.
