El proyecto, que forma parte del paquete de <em>\u201creformas de segundo orden\u201d<\/em>, prev\u00e9 <strong>una reducci\u00f3n del impuesto a las Ganancias<\/strong> para trabajadores y jubilados, adem\u00e1s de <strong>una simplificaci\u00f3n general del sistema impositivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cVamos hacia un esquema con menos impuestos, m\u00e1s simple y m\u00e1s justo. Habr\u00e1 una baja en el impuesto a las Ganancias para los individuos\u201d<\/em>, sostuvo el ministro durante su participaci\u00f3n en un encuentro econ\u00f3mico en C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa apunta a <strong>reducir la presi\u00f3n fiscal<\/strong> tanto sobre el sector privado como sobre los ingresos personales, algo que el Gobierno considera esencial para <strong>fomentar el ahorro interno, fortalecer el mercado de capitales y dinamizar la inversi\u00f3n privada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9e17a3ae5423d9ed28270b728f82467d\" style=\"color:#192ab0\">\ud83d\udd0d Contexto y antecedentes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El actual esquema del impuesto a las Ganancias fue modificado a fines del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando el Poder Ejecutivo restableci\u00f3 el <strong>M\u00ednimo No Imponible y las deducciones<\/strong> que se actualizan semestralmente seg\u00fan la inflaci\u00f3n.<br>Desde julio, los <strong>trabajadores solteros tributan a partir de un salario bruto de $2.624.280<\/strong>, mientras que los <strong>casados con dos hijos<\/strong> comienzan a pagar desde <strong>$3.453.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo proyecto buscar\u00eda <strong>ajustar estos montos y al mismo tiempo simplificar la liquidaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, con el objetivo de reducir distorsiones entre provincias y niveles de ingreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-85e54dc99ff293409acd52908a73dcdd\" style=\"color:#192ab0\">\u2696\ufe0f Relaci\u00f3n con las provincias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Caputo tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que la reforma incluir\u00e1 <strong>acuerdos con los gobernadores<\/strong>, ya que algunos impuestos provinciales \u2014como <strong>Ingresos Brutos<\/strong>\u2014 representan m\u00e1s del 80% de la recaudaci\u00f3n en varios distritos. <em>\u201cLos gobernadores saben que Ingresos Brutos es uno de los peores impuestos, pero eliminarlo requiere una reforma profunda y coordinada\u201d<\/em>, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda trabaja junto con las provincias en un esquema gradual para <strong>reducir este tributo<\/strong> y compensar con otros mecanismos de recaudaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s equitativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e2cd5f9d19ea46775db12304e95e20b1\" style=\"color:#192ab0\">\ud83d\udcc8 Un cambio estructural<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma tributaria tambi\u00e9n se inscribe en la <strong>agenda de transformaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> que el presidente <strong>Javier Milei<\/strong> hab\u00eda anunciado a fines de 2024, con el objetivo de avanzar hacia un sistema <em>\u201cm\u00e1s eficiente, previsible y orientado a la producci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El texto de la iniciativa est\u00e1 siendo elaborado por el equipo t\u00e9cnico del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda.
