De este modo, se valid\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n que incorpora el proyecto de ordenanza del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Territorial (PET) y solicita al Ejecutivo Municipal su elevaci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n de Ordenamiento Urbano y Territorial de la Provincia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho proyecto fue impulsado por el intendente Ariel Sujarchuk\u00a0en 2020 y se realizaron m\u00e1s de 30 reuniones en todas las localidades para dar a conocer el plan, en las que participaron m\u00e1s de 3000 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma, mediante un proceso participativo, se incorporaron aportes para dise\u00f1ar los C\u00f3digos de Ordenamiento Territorial, Parcelamiento, Edificaci\u00f3n y de Espacio P\u00fablico y Ambiental. Por consiguiente, una vez que la Provincia eval\u00fae estas normativas y emita sus devoluciones, el proyecto incluir\u00e1 otra etapa de participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda y luego, ser\u00e1 tratado nuevamente en el HCD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En l\u00edneas generales, el PET regula el crecimiento de las \u00e1reas urbanas y preserva la superficie productiva tanto para la industria como para la producci\u00f3n rural.
