{"id":2206,"date":"2023-12-30T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-30T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=2206"},"modified":"2023-12-29T19:51:45","modified_gmt":"2023-12-29T22:51:45","slug":"historias-del-ferrocarril-servicio-de-encomiendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=2206","title":{"rendered":"Historias del Ferrocarril: Servicio de encomiendas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><em>Abel Fern\u00e1ndez, vecino matheuense de 92 a\u00f1os, nos trae m\u00e1s de sus vivencias como Ferroviario.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Por 1948 y algunos pocos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, los ferrocarriles atend\u00edan un servicio de encomiendas bastante eficiente en el F.C.C.A., donde trabaj\u00e9 por m\u00e1s de 46 a\u00f1os. A\u00fan se observaban las disposiciones inglesas por el orden y la correcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el a\u00f1o citado yo era pe\u00f3n de plataforma en San Isidro, la tercera estaci\u00f3n del ramal Retiro-Tigre, despu\u00e9s de Belgrano y Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>En la estaci\u00f3n El Socorro del ramal Pergamino-Peirano, semanalmente se colocaba un furg\u00f3n apto para circular en trenes de pasajeros, en el que los productores de la zona cargaban jaulas de aves y lechones, cajones con huevos, nunca menos de 500.<\/p>\n<p>Este furg\u00f3n era tomado por el tren n\u00famero 12 despu\u00e9s de mediod\u00eda, y a la tarde, en Victoria, se cortaba y remolcaba a San Isidro. El auxiliar me hac\u00eda sentir orgulloso: <em>\u201cFern\u00e1ndez, viene el furg\u00f3n del Socorro, \u00a1enc\u00e1rguese de la maniobra como usted sabe!\u201d<\/em>. Una vez \u00e9ste en plataforma, se cortaba la locomotora que iba a tomar cambio sud. Y luego traspuesto, con dos toques de silbato el maquinista avisaba y yo desde la oficina invert\u00eda el cambio, y a pesar que una se\u00f1al diminuta se lo indicaba, yo desde la plataforma exhib\u00eda la bandera verde (me sent\u00eda importante) por los pasajeros que en espera del tren observaban la maniobra.
