{"id":3141,"date":"2024-02-04T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-04T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=3141"},"modified":"2024-02-03T13:28:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T16:28:36","slug":"historias-ferroviarias-malos-empleados-los-chivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?p=3141","title":{"rendered":"Historias Ferroviarias: Malos empleados (los chivos)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong><em>Abel Fern\u00e1ndez, nuestro vecino matheuense de 97 a\u00f1os, nos trae otra de sus an\u00e9cdotas de su vida como ferroviario.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Esta era una peque\u00f1a estafa que guardas y boleteros realizaban en connivencia, y consist\u00eda en lo siguiente: el guarda recolectaba boletos de ida -por lo general los m\u00e1s caros- y los entregaba al boletero \u2013c\u00f3mplice- que volv\u00eda venderlos, partiendo las ganancias. Para ello, mojaba los extremos y oprim\u00eda para borrar la marca de la fecha (impresa en seco y a presi\u00f3n). Por ah\u00ed, una impresi\u00f3n dudosa se iba a los libros y se comprobaba que la fecha de la primera venta databa de unos d\u00edas antes: boletero y guarda cesantes. Esta pr\u00e1ctica, nunca aceptada, no era de mucha gravedad.<\/p>\n<p>Pero trabajaba en el Ferrocarril Central Argentino un inspector de boletos (me reservo el nombre), que era un hombre correcto, elegante, con muy buen trato, pero desleal. Y ah\u00ed se <em>\u201cchiveaba\u201d<\/em> en grande. Cuando se le ordenaba fiscalizar el tren 1 Retiro Rosario, con gran habilidad, simulaba marcar con su pinza el boleto, pero lo hac\u00eda en un boleto <em>\u201cmulo\u201d<\/em>. Una vez recolectados, los entregaba al boletero c\u00f3mplice y, cuando \u00e9l estaba ordenado a fiscalizar el tren 1, el boletero los vend\u00eda. Este inspector desleal volv\u00eda a recolectarlos, pero ahora, iban a la basura. Al parecer, esto es lo que se coment\u00f3: un pasajero pidi\u00f3 el boleto que le interesaba por tener el n\u00famero <em>\u201ccapic\u00faa\u201d<\/em>, pero aquel no se lo dio. Buscando la fecha de la venta entre los recolectados, \u00e9ste no apareci\u00f3. Pero tal vez esta no haya sido la causa sino que, ciertos d\u00edas, en forma sospechosa, disminu\u00eda la venta, y esto llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n de alguien que lo denunci\u00f3. Un d\u00eda que viajaba \u00e9l, se orden\u00f3 a un inspector de tr\u00e1fico que se hizo cargo de los boletos, y ah\u00ed apareci\u00f3 la estafa.
