Israel es el tercer mercado que m\u00e1s carne le compra a Argentina, despu\u00e9s de China y Europa.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Las exportaciones de carne recibieron esta semana una importante noticia desde Medio Oriente: Argentina podr\u00e1 comenzar a enviar cortes bovinos y ovinos, con hueso, rumbo a Israel, bajo el protocolo de faena <em>\u201ckosher\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca de la Naci\u00f3n informa que el Servicio Veterinario y de Salud Animal de Israel (Ivsah, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), envi\u00f3 al Senasa su conformidad para avanzar en la exportaci\u00f3n de carne bovina y ovina con hueso kosher desde la Argentina\u201d<\/em>, informaron desde el Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Shlomo Garazi, director veterinario de Importaciones y Exportaciones del Isvath, envi\u00f3 una nota firmada en la cual se indic\u00f3 que Israel <em>\u201cha considerado a Argentina como pa\u00eds elegible para exportar carne con hueso desde todo el territorio nacional\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?attachment_id=3802\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3802\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3802\" src=\"http:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/carne-3-e1709073517105.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"410\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En la misma, manifest\u00f3 su acuerdo en <em>\u201campliar el alcance del actual Certificado Veterinario Internacional (CVI) para el env\u00edo de carnes deshuesadas de la misma especie y menudencias para sumar la carne bovina con hueso kosher\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDe ese modo, dio respuesta a la solicitud del Senasa que, impulsado por la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura, Ganader\u00eda y Pesca de la Naci\u00f3n, inici\u00f3 en enero \u00faltimo las negociaciones para la apertura del mercado de Israel a la carne con hueso kosher, fundamentado en el inter\u00e9s del sector productivo argentino y en la confianza en t\u00e9rminos higi\u00e9nico-sanitarios que nuestro pa\u00eds ya otorga a los env\u00edos de carne bovina sin hueso a ese mercado\u201d<\/em>, sumaron.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto que desde el Senasa tambi\u00e9n destacaron que Argentina posee el reconocimiento de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Sanidad Animal (OMSA) como <em>\u201clibre de fiebre aftosa\u201d<\/em>, con dos zonas libres con vacunaci\u00f3n y tres sin vacunaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?attachment_id=3801\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3801\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3801\" src=\"http:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/carne-2-e1709073540587.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"410\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tal ratificaci\u00f3n se fundamenta con los resultados de la vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica que, con la aplicaci\u00f3n de muestreos serol\u00f3gicos y atenci\u00f3n de denuncias y sospechas, demuestra que se mantiene la condici\u00f3n sanitaria de libre de la enfermedad en las distintas zonas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, desde 2004, la Argentina es reconocida por parte de la OMSA por poseer el m\u00e1s alto estatus sanitario respecto a la encefalopat\u00eda espongiforme bovina (EEB, com\u00fanmente conocido como Mal de la vaca loca), y en 2007 obtuvo el reconocimiento internacional oficial como pa\u00eds de riesgo insignificante respecto a esta enfermedad, que es ratificado anualmente mediante la informaci\u00f3n que, cada a\u00f1o, remite el Senasa.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCabe destacar que en 2023 el Senasa certific\u00f3 la exportaci\u00f3n de 36.800 toneladas de carne bovina sin hueso a Israel.
