#003366;\"><strong><em>Manifestaron estar de acuerdo con las modificaciones que propone la norma.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La Primera Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarios de Transporte Automotor de Carga (PAETAC) se present\u00f3 ante la Corte Suprema de la Naci\u00f3n para manifestarse a favor de las modificaciones al cap\u00edtulo laboral que contiene en DNU 70\/2023.<\/p>\n<p>Lo hizo en condici\u00f3n de <em>\u201camicus curiae\u201d<\/em> a partir del amparo presentado por la Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo para pedir la nulidad del decreto.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSostenemos nuestra postura a favor de los cambios en materia laboral que establece el DNU 70\/2023 por considerarlos indispensables en el contexto actual para la promoci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de empleo\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n en un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>La entidad afirm\u00f3 que <em>\u201ces imperiosa una legislaci\u00f3n laboral moderna que contemple la realidad actual del mercado de trabajo con la finalidad de recrear las condiciones para generar m\u00e1s puestos de trabajo y de mejor calidad\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cValoramos en particular las medidas que claramente ponen un freno a los bloqueos y a las tomas de establecimientos, y establecen en cuanto el derecho a convocar asambleas el principio de no perjudicar las actividades normales de la empresa\u201d<\/em>, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el parte de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>PAETAC lament\u00f3 que <em>\u201cpor reiteradas, hemos naturalizado este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas ilegales que deben ser desterradas de una sociedad que busca progresar y una mejor calidad de vida para todos\u201d<\/em> y sostuvo que son <em>\u201cextremos que solo provocan un perjuicio irreparable para las empresas y los trabajadores, ambos afectados en su leg\u00edtimo derecho a trabajar\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cComo instituci\u00f3n centenaria, desde 1893 representamos empresas de transporte de cargas de capitales nacionales que anhelan un pa\u00eds productivo, donde poder desarrollarse en un marco de igualdad ante la ley y
