El ni\u00f1o de Corrientes ya lleva 35 d\u00edas desaparecido.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Victoria Caillava y Carlos P\u00e9rez declaran frente a la jueza Cristina Penzo a 35 d\u00edas de la desaparici\u00f3n de Loan en Corrientes. Se tratan de los detenidos m\u00e1s complicados en la causa, en la que se los acusa del delito de sustracci\u00f3n de menores.<\/p>\n<p>En una semana agitada en el caso por la apertura del secreto de sumario, la audiencia de imputaciones y el comienzo de las indagatorias, este jueves es el turno de que la ex funcionaria y el ex marino presten declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el abogado, Ernesto Tito Gonz\u00e1lez, el matrimonio ser\u00e1 indagado de manera virtual para evitar el traslado hasta Goya ya que ellos se encuentran alojados en un penal federal de Salta.<\/p>\n<p>Para la jueza Penzo, <em>\u201cel d\u00eda 13 de junio del 2024 a eso de las 15 horas aproximadamente los imputados P\u00e9rez y Caillava captaron al menor y lo trasladaron a un destino desconocido con fines de explotaci\u00f3n. El mismo tuvo lugar en mediaciones de la casa de Catalina Pe\u00f1a, abuela paterna de Loan, ubicado en Paraje Algarrobal de la localidad de 9 de Julio, Corrientes, donde minutos antes P\u00e9rez y Caillava hab\u00edan compartido un almuerzo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPara lograr el objetivo, P\u00e9rez y Caillava habr\u00edan contado con la colaboraci\u00f3n de los imputados Bernardino Antonio Ben\u00edtez, Ram\u00edrez Daniel Oscar y M\u00f3nica del Carmen Millapi, quienes habr\u00edan llevado a cabo una manera consistente de sacar al menor de la custodia de su padre, llev\u00e1ndolo a una zona de monte a una distancia de 600 metros del domicilio del menor, con excusa de recoger y consumir naranjas, ayuda sin la cual, los primeros no podr\u00edan cometer el delito\u201d<\/em>, contin\u00faa el despacho judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, durante todo el escrito la Justicia enumera diversas resoluciones por lo que ambos siguen detenidos.
