Fue juzgado por nueve hechos de violaci\u00f3n y acoso, ocurridos entre diciembre de 2017 y marzo de 2018.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara Nacional de Casaci\u00f3n confirm\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para el exgobernador de Tucum\u00e1n, Jos\u00e9 Alperovich, condenado por haber abusado sexualmente de su sobrina en reiterados hechos, ocurridos entre diciembre de 2017 y marzo de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>El exsenador fue sentenciado a 16 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n el 18 de junio, tras un largo debate oral que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en los tribunales de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, y ese mismo d\u00eda qued\u00f3 detenido en la c\u00e1rcel de Ezeiza por decisi\u00f3n del juez federal Juan Ramos Padilla.<\/p>\n<p>La defensa hab\u00eda apelado tanto la condena como la prisi\u00f3n preventiva, y solicit\u00f3 su excarcelaci\u00f3n. Su abogado, Augusto Garrido, recurri\u00f3 el fallo y justific\u00f3 que durante los cinco a\u00f1os que dur\u00f3 el proceso, su defendido <em>\u201cse ajust\u00f3 a derecho, se present\u00f3 a la totalidad de los actos procesales a los que fue requerido y no egres\u00f3 del pa\u00eds\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El letrado tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que Alperovich <em>\u201ccuenta con sobrado arraigo constituido por familia estable, domicilio en esta ciudad y ocupaciones laborales\u201d<\/em>, y que <em>\u201cno tiene antecedentes penales\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Garrido adem\u00e1s mencion\u00f3 su estado de salud: <em>\u201cSe trata de una persona de 69 a\u00f1os que al momento de su detenci\u00f3n atravesaba el postoperatorio de una cirug\u00eda neurol\u00f3gica asociada a su columna vertebral, y sufr\u00eda varias afecciones a su salud, algunas pendientes de constataci\u00f3n y otras verificadas, tales como hipertiroidismo, hipertensi\u00f3n y antecedentes coronarios\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6870\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6870\" style=\"width: 720px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?attachment_id=6870\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6870\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6870\" src=\"http:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/epi-alperovich-e1721336817271.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6870\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jos\u00e9 Alperovich pidi\u00f3 su excarcelaci\u00f3n y la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Casaci\u00f3n la rechaz\u00f3. (Foto: Nicol\u00e1s Gonz\u00e1lez \/ TN).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Durante su oposici\u00f3n, desde la querella y el propio fiscal Sandro Abraldes enumeraron los motivos por los cuales la Justicia no deb\u00eda otorgarle el beneficio. Por un lado, indicaron que <em>\u201cexisten verdaderos riesgos procesales que podr\u00edan poner en riesgo el fin del proceso\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Por el otro, tuvieron en cuenta que Alperovich fue condenado a 16 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n tras <em>\u201cun sinf\u00edn de pruebas s\u00f3lidas, precisas y concordantes reunidas en el debate\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Las partes consideraron adem\u00e1s que, dada la elevada pena de la sanci\u00f3n, <em>\u201cse puede anticipar que, en caso de recuperar su libertad, intentar\u00e1 eludir el accionar de la Justicia y perjudicar los objetivos del proceso\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, sostuvieron que <em>\u201clos graves delitos cometidos contra la integridad sexual por los que Alperovich fue condenado le impiden acceder a una libertad anticipada\u201d<\/em>, de modo que, de confirmarse la condena, el exsenador deber\u00e1 permanecer privado de su libertad hasta el 17 de junio de 2040.<\/p>\n<p>En las \u00faltimas horas, la sala de feria de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Casaci\u00f3n en lo Criminal y Correccional rechaz\u00f3 el planteo de la defensa y aval\u00f3 los argumentos de la querella.
