Qu\u00e9 dice el documento.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>La ex presidenta Cristina Kirchner interpuso este viernes un recurso de nulidad ante la Anses para reclamar su jubilaci\u00f3n de privilegio, despu\u00e9s de que el gobierno de Javier Milei dispusiera dar de baja ese beneficio para la ex mandataria, informaron fuentes oficiales.<\/p>\n<p>El subsecretario de Prensa de Presidencia, Javier Lanari, public\u00f3 en sus redes sociales la presentaci\u00f3n hecha por los abogados de Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner ante el titular de ANSES, Mariano De los Heros.<\/p>\n<p>En el recurso administrativo presentado ante Anses, el abogado Facundo Fern\u00e1ndez Pastor calific\u00f3 la quita de las jubilaciones como un error material y argument\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n de ANSES <em>\u201cviola derechos y garant\u00edas consagrados en las leyes, la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional y la doctrina establecida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 que el hecho es un <em>\u201cacto de persecuci\u00f3n con fines de venganza, hostigamiento y partidismo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/?attachment_id=9731\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9731\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9731\" src=\"http:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/tweet-lanari-e1732319235390.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/tweet-lanari-e1732319235390.jpg 598w, https:\/\/nuevodigitaldeescobar.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/tweet-lanari-e1732319235390-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, solicit\u00f3 la revocaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n y la restituci\u00f3n de los haberes correspondientes a las asignaciones mensuales vitalicias retenidas, junto con los intereses acumulados hasta su efectivo pago, seg\u00fan se pudo de fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n<p>La defensa de Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner plante\u00f3 que <em>\u201cseg\u00fan la Ley N\u00b024.018, los ex presidentes y ex vicepresidentes reciben una asignaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter contributivo que se otorga con car\u00e1cter excepcional y extraordinario, como contraprestaci\u00f3n al honor, el m\u00e9rito y el buen desempe\u00f1o en el cargo\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El 14 de noviembre \u00faltimo, el Gobierno anunci\u00f3 la baja de los beneficios de privilegios en la jubilaci\u00f3n y la pensi\u00f3n por el fallecimiento de N\u00e9stor Kirchner que percibe la ex mandataria, tras la ratificaci\u00f3n de la condena a 6 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en su contra en la causa Vialidad.<\/p>\n<p><em>(NA)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La defensa de la ex mandataria se present\u00f3 ante el organismo previsional como paso previo a la instancia judicial.
